Synopsis: “Journey From Head to Heart” is…

*A toolkit for those who are exhausted from solving never-ending problems, working harder and harder and not arriving at the destination where they truly want to be.

*A Map for how to make the journey from head to heart and then integrate the two so that the power of ego is diminished and the Authentic Self can emerge to live and work from the power of the human spirit.

*A Reference book that may be used for many years to come as the
reader meets life s challenges with success that satisfies both the head and
the heart.

Journey from Head to Heart” is exactly that, integrating logic, reason,
emotion, spirituality, recovery, science, and ancient wisdom from a variety
of sources to create a recipe for wholeness. The tools and processes are designed for people who are a little wary of touchy-feely or New Age approaches.

  1. This is a very good Journey to get rid of atleast some of the emotional feelings, which may hinder the activity of Human beings.

Even though ther is scientific evedence that when one does meditations travelling from heart to mind or from mind to heart, it minimises the stress on the body as well as mind.

    Thanks for timely publications

  2. Most of the vedic texts prescribe various travels of this kind, Even some of the Kings during 100 BC to 700 BC followed these techniques, becuase of the modern way of looking at it has created some problems, as some of the documents have been lost due to vandalism or ignorance of the people. most of the highly educated people used to serve the society for betterment of the society. The universities which used to teach have gone into the history.
